While I was at the ranch horse show in Shelbyville, TN, I had a little downtime between classes—and when that happens, I love offering mini sessions!
They’re short, sweet, and the perfect way to grab a few beautiful photos with your horse while you’re already show-ready.
This time around, I got to photograph two awesome girls—Payton and Arlyn—and their sweet horses. These two brought such good energy and made their horse & rider mini session in Shelbyville TN so much fun.
What’s a Mini Session at a Horse Show?
If you’re new around here or just wondering what exactly these are—mini sessions are short, fun, and relaxed photo sessions I offer at shows when time allows. They usually take around 30-40 minutes, and we squeeze in some beautiful portraits of you and your horse—think hugs, smiles, headshots, and those sweet in-between moments that show your bond.
You don’t need to book a full session or change clothes (unless you want to!), and it’s a great way to capture memories while you’re already at a show looking your best with your partner.
