An Experienced Horse Photographer Who Understands Horses
I’m not just looking for a pretty picture. I’m watching your horse.
Before becoming a professional equine photographer, I worked alongside horsemen and horsewomen in both Germany and the United States. In Germany, I worked closely with dressage trainers and learned to pay attention to balance, movement, and the smallest details. After moving to the U.S., I worked with reining and cutting horse trainers and developed a deeper understanding of Western performance horses.
That experience taught me to read a horse — when to wait, when to move, and what makes that particular horse look their best. I’m watching the ears, expression, posture, movement, and all the small details that make a photograph work.
Your horse doesn’t have to be perfect. I just need to know what to look for.

Let’s Talk
Tell me about your horse, what you want from the session, where you’d like to photograph, and any images you already have in mind. If you have inspiration, send it over.
Make It Official
Choose the session that fits what you’re looking for. I’ll send your contract and invoice, and once your retainer is paid, your date is reserved.
Session Day
I’ll arrive prepared, look at the light and location, and guide you through the session. You don’t need to know how to pose. I’ll help with that and work with your horse’s pace.
See Your Images
Once your photographs are edited, you’ll receive a private gallery to view your images. Take your time looking through them and deciding which photographs you love most.
Choose How You Want to Enjoy Them
We’ll choose the images you love and decide how you want to use them — from digital images and prints to wall art and albums. I’ll help you choose what makes sense for your home and your life.

I’m based in Tennessee and travel for horse and rider photography throughout the region. I photograph sessions in and around Cleveland, Chattanooga, Ooltewah, Dayton, Knoxville, Nashville, Murfreesboro, and other Tennessee communities, as well as locations throughout Georgia and Alabama.
