Your Session
Starts Here
Whether you’re planning photographs of your horse, your dog, a sale horse, a show, or something completely different, start with what brings you here. We’ll figure out the details together.
Behind the Camera
I don’t just take pictures.
I watch the animal.
Horsewoman. Dog lover. Photographer. I’ve spent decades around horses and years around dogs, learning to notice the little things that make an animal look like themselves — the ears, the feet, the expression, the split second before they move.
- I know when to wait. Not every good photograph happens on command. Sometimes your horse needs a minute. Sometimes your dog needs to sniff everything in sight. I’m happy to wait.
- I will get on the ground. If I need to get low, move around, change the light or try something completely different, I will. I’m there to make the photograph work for you and your animal.
- I want you on your wall. You don’t have to leave your favorite photographs on your phone. We can turn the images you love into prints, wall art or an album you’ll actually enjoy having in your home.

What are we photographing?
Maybe it’s the horse you’ve had for years. Maybe it’s the dog who follows you everywhere. Maybe you need polished images to sell a horse or build your equestrian business. Whatever brought you here, start with what you need — I’ll help with the rest.

The Experience
What Happens When You Book a Session
With Me
You don’t have to show up knowing how to pose, where to stand or what photographs you want. We’ll figure that out together — and I’ll work with the animal in front of me, not against them.
01
Before Your Session
We Figure It Out Together
Tell me about your horse or dog, what you love about them, what you want photographed and what you absolutely do not want. We’ll talk location, outfits, tack, timing and the overall feel so you can arrive knowing we have a plan.
02
Session Day
Come As You Are
You don’t need to know how to pose. I’ll guide you, watch your animal and adjust as we go. If your dog wants to run, we run. If your horse needs a minute, we wait. There is no prize for rushing through a photo session.
03
After Your Session
Then We Pick the Good Stuff
Once your photographs are edited, we’ll sit down together for your private image reveal. We’ll choose the images you love and decide whether they belong as digital files, prints, wall art, an album — or a little bit of everything.
Planned around you. Worked around your animal. Made to be enjoyed.
Made for Your Home
So… what are you going to do with all those photographs?
You can absolutely have the digital files. But if you want something you can actually see every day, we’ll also look at fine art prints, wall art and albums and figure out what fits your home.
