Your photographs are professionally finished after your session. Color, light, detail, and distractions are carefully refined so the final image feels polished without losing what made the original photograph work.
For selected portraits, we can also take an image in a more artistic direction with a custom black or painterly background.

FROM BOOKING TO FINISHED PHOTOGRAPHS

We plan.
We talk about your horse, location, outfits, tack and what you want from the photographs. You do not have to have every detail figured out.
We photograph.
The session is relaxed and guided. I work with your horse’s personality, energy and attention span rather than expecting them to behave like a model.
We choose.
Once your photographs are ready, we go through your gallery together and decide which images you want to keep and how you want to enjoy them.
THE DETAILS
Everything you need to know
before you book.
01 What is required to reserve my date?
A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date. The retainer is applied toward your total investment. Your remaining balance is due before the session.
02 Are payment plans available?
Yes. Bi-weekly and monthly payment options are available. We can arrange the schedule when you book.
03 Where do you photograph?
I am based in Cleveland, Tennessee, near Chattanooga, and typically photograph at your farm, barn, arena, property or another location that works well for you and your horse.
04 Do I need to trailer my horse somewhere?
No. I come to you. A familiar environment can make the session easier for many horses, and it also gives us locations that are meaningful to you.
05 What if my horse does not cooperate?
We work around it. Horses are horses. We can take a break, change locations, change the setup, or simply give your horse a minute. I adjust the session around the horse in front of me.
06 How far do you travel?
I photograph throughout Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama and the Southeast. Travel within one hour is included with applicable sessions; locations farther away may have an additional travel fee, which is discussed before booking.
07 Can I include multiple horses?
Yes. The number of horses included depends on the collection. If you have a larger group or a specific plan, reach out and we can build a session around it.
08 Can I purchase additional photographs?
Yes. Additional photographs and finished artwork are available after your session if you decide you want more from your gallery.

Sessions can be planned for Western riders, competitive riders, senior riders, teenage cowgirls, trainers, horse owners and anyone who wants photographs with their horse outside the show ring.
